Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make my trip very enjoyable. Huge appreciation for the security staff who always made sure that I was safe while waiting for my GoJek/ Grab. The Front Desk staff were very resourceful and kind.

The hotel is relatively new, the bed is comfy and all staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is near a mall and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Traffic can’t be helped but the location is quite good and is pretty much accessible anywhere with a cab.

Very peaceful, very clean, lovely staff. They had Netflix too which was a huge plus - normally on the tv in hotels it’s just local channels or news channels available. The restaurant’s food and cocktails were fantastic. I was allowed to check in early too so I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff.
